I am going to write Eight articles on finding Telugu books for free on the Internet. Here is the first article.

Telugu books from Kinige are in general not for free. But they recently started offering free Telugu books also! This is my first choice even though the number of free books as of this minute is very limited. because:
1. it is promising.
2. Size of the books is very minimal here. (not scanned books!)
3. Reading experience is good with PDF/ePub/Mobi format support.
4. And these are latest works from Telugu writers, not out of copyright works.
5. Easy to read on mobiles, eReaders, Kindle, Tablets apart from PC.

teluguone.com/grandalayam/
Teluguone has very good collection of books. Only downside is we cannot download them. We need to read them on line on their website only. Not optimized for mobiles/tablets/eReaders. But the book collection is good. If you like a book you can make your own PDFs and read them on different platforms.
